LIBERALS IN THE NORTH
[By Telegrapli—Press Association.] DABGAVILLE, Thursday. Messrs Mac Donald (Bay of Plenty), and J. C. Thompson (Wallace), the Liberal M'sP. who are tduring the North, "vycre accorded an enthusiastic reception at Aratapu on Wednesday evening. Messrs G. Coates (member for Kai|iara) and]toe (the selected Liberal candidate for Kaipara) were also liresent. Messrs Mac Donald unci Thompson both gave able, policy npeephes, severely criticising (he, Keform (Jovcrn'meiit. Mr Hoe addressed this meeting, aud received a, favourable reception. At the conclusion of the meeting a vote of thanks, with confidence in Sir Joseph Ward and the Libewils, was carried unanimously. To-night addresses on similar lines were given at Dargaville..
