0. A. Tabuteau (represented by Mr P \j. flollings) v. T. McKen/.i'/.e (represented .by Mr T. Jordan), an appeal from a judgment of the Magistrate in Masterton in connection with a promissory note, was tho next case. After hearing legal argument, His Honour reserved judgment. The Court then adjourned till 10 o'clock this morning.
