TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
The Sev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast, telegraphed at noon to-day, is as follows: —
South-easterly strong winds to gale at times, and veering by south to east. The weather continues threatening, and will probably be dull and overcast .\ Much rain is to be expected.
The barometer will have a falling , tendency soon.
