('Received Wednesday, at 10.40 a.m.) SYDNI-JY, Wednesday.
The Tasmaniati Rowing Association has asked the New South Wales Association to support the application that New Zealand oarsmen be allowed to row in the Tasmanian crew at the forthcoming championship of Victoria.
It is understood'that the executive replied to the effect that each competitor must sign the necessary declaration set out by the Inter-State Conference.
