MOVEMENT OF TROOPS CEASED
(Received Tuesday, at 8.50 a.m.) .LONDON, Monday.
Mr Asquith, in reply to a ..question, said he was unable at present to say when the second reading of the Home Rule Bill would be taken. He had issued no instructions beyond assisting the civil power. The movement of troops have now ceased.
