Tho owners of the Titanic claim that the United States Admiralty laws are applicable, thereby limiting their liability to the salvage from the wreck, amounting only to ninety thousand dollars.
The passengers' next-of-kin claim full damages for the loss of relatives according to the British practice, contending that the American law does not apply to the high seas.
