SUNDAY TIMES FINED. r>ol NTS TO BE TESTED. Press Association—Electric Telegraph— Copyright (Received Tuesday, at 9.33 a.m.) PERTH, Tuesday. The Sunday Times newspaper was fined forty shillings for publishing, an unsigned article commenting on the late elections. It is intended to appeal to the Higher Court on the ground that the article was not published till the elections were over, though the returns were incomplete, and that though the Act provided that the manuscript should be signed, it was not obligatory to publish the signature.
