SEARCH FRUITLESS
(Received Tuesday, at 10.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, Monday. The search for Thaw, who escaped from the Asylum to-day, was fruitless. A letter was received from his mother, purporting to come from him, stating that he intended to return to his former home at Creason, in I.'einisylvania. All liners are being watched.
