TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
The Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast, telegraphed at noon to-day, is as follows: —
Easterly moderate to strong winds will prevail. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. The night will probably be very cold, with frosts inland. The barometer shows little movement at present, but is unsteady.
