The usual monthly mooting of the Maurieeville County Council was held on Saturday, the 2f>th inst. I'resent,—Crs J. K. Perry (chairman), C. Seymour, ami L. P. Larson. The Clerk was instructed to notify Parker and Co. that the road between the mill and the ford over the Maka-' kahi must be put in repair in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Attention was drawn to the Eketahuna Borough Council having laid water pipes along the centre of the Kaiparoro Road, and left the formation strewn with large boulders. Arrangements were made for resuming the metalling on Mangaoronga road. Accounts amounting to £404 T7s l<l were passed for payment.
