"Paddy's Land" (II) is a fine black colt, will be four years old in December, 1912, thoroughly sound, with good legs and feet, showing a lot of quality and breeding. His Sire, "Paddy's Land," was an imported purebred Irish hunter, unbeaten in the show ring, and has left very fine stock. He was bred by J. Duffin, County Dublin, Ireland, by the world-famed "Ascetic," dam "Maymorn."
