"Paddy's Land" (II) is a fine black colt, will be four years old in December, 1912, thoroughly sound, with good legs and feet, showing a lot of quality and breeding. His Sire, "Paddy's Land," was an imported purebred Irish hunter, unbeaten in the show ring, and has Jeft very fine stock. He was bred bJB. Duftin, County Dublin, Ireland, by tne world-famed "Ascetic," dam "Maymorn." "Ascetic" stood for five seasons at a fee of 100 guineas, and sired "Royal Heath," "Cloister," "Hidden Mystery," and "Friar John," celebrated Steeplechase winners in England and France. '' Maymorn'' was by '' Victor,'' winner of the Royal Hunt Cup at Ascot, by "Vindex," by "Touchstone," etc., "etc. His dam, "Camelia," is a very handsome mare by "Administrator" (Premier—Princess Mary) out of the hurdler "Ada York." All her stock are good and fine jumpers. "Ada York" was by "Mangle" out of "Mother York," an old mare by "Traducer."
