AUSTRIA'S POSITION.

LONDON, Monday.
Tho Daily Mail's Vienna correspondent declares that Austria's disinterestedness has become, through the overthrow of Turkey, an impossibility. Tho gravest peril to European peace is that Austria should be allowod a field, ehe being squeezed between Europe and the Balkan League, or she will find herself isolated as a disturbing factor to the Concert of the Powers.
