SHOOTING SEASON.
OPENED TO-DAY
The shooting season for native and imported μ-ame opened to-day, and local "sports" wiio were; out before Break of day report having secured good '' bags.'' As there is no imported game to be found in the Mastorton district, at any rate not sufficient to warrant the taking out of a liconse, and as a license is not required for the killing of native game, no licenses have heen issued in -Masterton up to the present.
