HOME RULE DELEGATES.
ARRIVAL IN MASTERTON
A large crowd was assembled at tho Railway Station, on the arrival of the midday train to-day, to meet the Home Knlo delegates, who will tliis evening give addresses in the Town Hail in connection with the campaign to raise fuuds wlierewich to prosecute the cause of Homo Rule. Mr Hazolton was the only one of the delegates to arrive by the midday train. The other two —Messrs Redmond and Donovan—were detained in Wellington aud will not arrive until this evening at 9 p.m., when they will proceed direct from the Railway Statiou to the Town Hall.
Mr HazeltoD was met by His Worship the Mayor (Mr J. M. Uoradiue). Mr A. W. Hogg, M.P., the Rev. Dean McKeuna,' all the members of the Executive Oommittee aud numerous others and was briefly and formally weloomed to the town. The party then proceeded to the Presbytery, where a hearty and cordial welcome was extended to Mr Hazeltou.
During his stay in Mastertou Mr Hazeltou will he the guest of Rev. Deau MoKouna. Mwssrs Redmond aud Donovan will during their stay he the guests of Mr M. (J. O'Oonnell. Everything points to there being a very large and enthusiastic meeting to-night.
