LONDON, Wednesday. The Labour members aud Trades Unionists are informally conferring with a view to completely amalgamating the Labour Party, the Trades Union Congress and the general Federation of Trades Unions. This is proposed in order to abolish the overlapping ~of these three organisations. Such an arrangement would effect economy iv administration and strengthen the Labour Party throughout the country
