A SARTORIAL CLAIM.
Alexander Donald. Mastertou, proceeded against S. Tuki, Te Oro Ore, for the sum of £5 10s, stated to be due oti a suit of clothes ordered by defendant.
Mr Coradine appeared for plaintiff, and Mr R. K. Jackson for defendant.
Mr Ellers acted as interpreter,
Plaintiff stated that Tuki had ordered the clothes from him In November. The suit had been made and defendant notified in due course, hut he had not taken delivery.
Judgment was given for £'■'< 10s, Mr Donald considering that he had a chance of disposing of the suit to someone else for the balance, £2.
Costs amounting to £1 Ms (id were allowed.
