MELBOURNE, Thursday
The Richmond disaster inquiry is counlnded. The driver Allan is fined G3O for not sending the fireman to the signal-box, wheu detained by the advanced starting signal; the fireman is fined £o, and the guard of the first train was cautioned for not having the tail lights burning The sigual-mau McDonald (South Yarra) was dismissed the service, but was recommended for a less responsible positiou. The Driver Melville, of the second train, was dismissed the service for not obeying signals; his fireman was found not guilty ou a similar charge.
