NEW YORK, Weduesday
John Drost, a farm hand, shot his father dead aud was subsequently arrested at North Band, Washington State. He said : "I shot him because I am Americanised. If we had still lived in Holland I would not have done it, but here is the greatest country on earth, aud no jury will convict me, wheu I tell them them the motive."
A daughter, in attempting to save her father, was badly wounded.
