PERTH, Thursday,
It is alleged that, through the neglect of a Civil Servant, the Parisiaua's crew had to travel twentyfour hours iv a train from Albany to Perth without food, aud (it is said) with no money. The Government directed that they should be fed, and the officer neglected to telegraph instructions.
The Premier decided to draw the French authorities' attention to the fact that the provisions ou Saint Paul Island, where the crew landed, had not been renewed for eighteen years. The biscuits there were mouldy and unfit to eat.
