Dr L. Forbes Winslow, a distinguished crimiuologist. publishes letters in support of his theory that Jack the Ripper was a native of Melbourne, aud was educated at a Scotch college there; that he returned to Murrumbidgee or Melbourne after the murders in ISSi), and is now in South Africa.
