There is beautiful weather this morning for the continuation of the Australia-Manawatu match. Kelleway and Emery opened on a perfect wicket to Cobbe and Greer. The latter bowler scattered Emery's stumps before the score opened, and when only two ruus were added Smith, who filled the vacancy, was clean bowled by Cobbe. 51—5—a.
Smith (?) followed,and sent Cobbe to thn boundary. Another three brought GO up.
The Senior Championship match between Carterton and Carltou will be resumed on Saturday afteruoou.
