TROUBLE OVER HUT TAX,

LONDON, Last Night
The Times' JPietermaritzburg correspondent reports that young men in certain districts of Zululand are reported to be restless. They are disaffected over the method ot collection of the hut tax, and alleged that arbitrary fines have been imposed in the case of arrears. The Native Department is unaware of these alleged grievances.
