ATHENS, Last Night. Typaldos informed tbe younger naval officers that the army would participate in establishing a Governmentcapable of radical reforms. U_jASphendone fired on the flagship Psara, aud the Psara replied by blowing up the Sphendoue's boilers. The majority of the sailors did uot realise that an attack upun the fleet had heen contemplated, and they immediately refused to obey the rebels.
