On page 1 of this issue Mr Edmund Goodbehere, secretary of the Feilding Jockey Club, directs attention to the clo3ing of nominations for the Clubs Spring meeting, which takes place on November 30fch and December Ist. Entries for all events (except Maiden Hack Scurry) fall due on Friday next, November £th, at 8.30 p.m.
Owners aud trainers are reminded that acceptances for the first day's races and entries for the Trial Plate aud Maiden Scurry, in connection with the Taratahi-Carterton Racing Club's annual meeting, close tomorrow (Wednesday) evening at 9 o'clock, with the secretary, Mr J. B. Bairstow.
