FIRES.
{By Telegravh—Press Association.) GISBORNE, This Day. A fire broke out early this morning and gutted the two-storey premises owned by Mr Innes and occupied by Mr McPhersou, tailor. The brigade did good work, and saved EUerbeck's studio, adjoining, which was damaged only to the extent of £50 by smoke. The insurances on the building are £SOO, and on the stock £300. GREYMOUTH, This Day. A fire this morning completely gutted a shop owned by Mrs Foot, of Wairoa, and occupied by Mr Tastgate, fruiterer. The adjoining premises of Mr Holmes, painter, were damaged.
