Hurdle Races: The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry lOlbs penalty in the hurdle races, of two or more hurdle races 2libs penalty. WEIGHTS for all races on the First Day of the meeting will be declared on MONDAY, 23rd November, 1908; and for all races on the Second Day at about 8.30 p.m. on the evening of the first day's races.
