It is semi-offlcially stated that It is practically certain that an Exhibition of equal' importance will be held next ,year, and probably a permanent Exhibition will be established later. (Received Tu-dav. at S 30 a.m.) At Hongkong, a Chinese mob looted Japanese goods, and the Hongkong police shot several of the thieves. Two hundred and fifty were arrested. !
