TOKIO, Last Night,
The Kaiser's references to the Far East have caused great uneasiness in German official and commercial circles in Tokio, where it is feared that tho strenuous efforts of the past decade to rehabilitate German interests will be nullified. Japanese newspapers,are rigorously critical of the utterances. The Yishimpo accuses the German Emperor of stirring up trouble, and adds: "Japan is justified in making preparations for any possible emergency. "
