NIREAHA NOTES.

The supply of milk is rapidly increasing at the local cheese factory. It hns been ascertained that fully 400 of shareholders' cows have yet to come in. In consequence of the fact tho directors have found it necessary to arrange for a sixth vat. Nirealm district is very hard to beat for dairying, and as tho timber clears oft' the laud, properties hero should be much sought after. The good spring has beeu a factor in the largo supply of milk and also tho fact that numerous local dairymen have culled their herds extnusively. Mr A. Redpath of Nireaha, who for several years has been a member of the west rifling of the Ekefcnlniua County Council, will not offer himself as a candidate at tho forthcoming election.
