TENNIS.
THORNDON v. MASTERTON CLUB
The following will represent Thorndon Club in a match against the Mastertou Tenuis Club, to-morrow, on the local Club's grounds:—Messrs J. C. Peacock, F. M. B. Fisher, E. N. K. Sjiteuston, F. Laishley, A. Young amr\G. Smythe. A number of the lady players of the Thorndon Club purpose visiting Mastertou, aud will play a match against the lady members of the local club.
The Mastertou team will be selected form the following:—Messrs 0. C. Cox, G. Aitken, S. R. Gawith, A. R. Sclanders, H. W. Rishworth, D. Caselberg, N. H. James, J. Bee and N. D. Bunting.
The lady players will be selected as soon as it is known how many ladies the Wellington club is placing in the field.
