HOLLOWAY DRAMATIC COMPANY.

The plot of "The Coal King." the jijAof four dramas to be staged by Mr Holloway during his Masterton season, commencing next Tuesday, is simple, but thrilling enough to keep an audience fully absorbed until the climax is reached. The disaster results in a number of miners being entombed. but they are ultimately rescued from certain death by the daring leadership of Tom Roberts, the mine manager. Miss Beatrice Holloway. the charming young Australian actress, will appear in the character of Grace Shirley, a schoolmistress, and Mr Robert Innian. the mine manager, a young couple whose cour.se of true love is interrupted for a time by the scheming ambitions of Walter Harford (Mr Godfrey Cassj, until Nemesis, in the person of "No. ill) ,, — ("■[ stable Williams —.steps in and claims his victim. "Two* Little Vagabonds," a drama so well and favourably known by the majority of theatre-goers, will be staged on Wednesday night. Miss Beatrice Holloway will appear as "Dick," one of the "vags," a character in which she has created a most favourable impression throughout Australasia. On Thursday will be produced, by special arrangement with Mr J. C. Williamson, the intensely exciting four-act drama entitled "The Shadows of a Great City," and on Friday the season will conclude with a presentation of "Under Remand," a sensational drama of London life.
