Douglas to sell by auction at the Princess Theatre, Hastings, as above, 12 LOTS 12 containing from 40 to 300 acres, being a portion of'the famed Te Mahanga station. The land to be ottered lies to the north of the homestead, alongside the railway line, and distant two miles from Poukawa Siding, and seven miles from Hastings. This sale will afford a rare opportunity to those in search of first-class land, as the fiats are among the finest in Hawke's Bay, and grow very heavy grain, fodder and root crops. The hill country, which forms about a fourth of the whole, is of limestone formation, and unexcelled in the province for grazing purposes. All the sections are well watered.
