Steamer Oswestry Grange.
{By Telegraph — Press Association.)
Wellington-, This Day,
At ten o'clock this morning, there was no sign of the Oswestry Grange. Apparently the vessel has been delayed by the heavy southerly gale which has been blowing for the past two days.
The warship Encounter, which left the harbour last night, is reported to be heading to the westward to escort the steamer here.
The weather is cold and threatening.
The Parliamentary and Government Buildings, also the Post Office, have been draped.
