The steamer Airlie, from Singapore, reports that the steamer Houlder has arrived with three thousand Russian troops from Vladivostock. She had been in collision with tho steamer Batrang, in the Straits of Malacca. The latter sank iD eight minutes. It is not known whether any lives were lost. The Houlder steamer was a good deal damaged.
