IN accordance with Section 9 (1) of " The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1901," I hereby, by Public Notice, call a meeting of Ratepayers in the Town Hall, Masterton, on FRIDAY, November 10th, 1905, at 8 o'clock p.m., to consider the proposals as advertised in the issues of the Wairaeapa Daily Times on October 12th, 19th, "26th and November 2nd. On arid after Monday, 6th November, 1905, the trains at present leaving Napier for Hastings at 11.20 a.m., and Hastings for Napier at 5.0 p.m., will run between Napier and Waipukurau as follows: — Napier dep. 11.20 a.m., Waipukurau arr. 2.10 p.m., Waipukurau dep. 2.50 p.m., Napier arr. 5.38 p.m. These trains will connect with the train arriving at Waipukurau from-Masterton-and Pa'lmerston at 1.30 p.m., and the train leaving Waipukurau at 2.-40 p.m. for Palmerston and Masterton. Holiday Excursion Tickets, available for return until 7th December, 1905, will be obtainable from any station ■to any station on the Wellington-Napier-New Plymouth Section (except where ordinary fares are less), from 6th to 9th November. These tickets are not available for break j of journey until a stopping station not less than 25 miles from issuing station has been reached. Note, On 9th November, Holiday Excursion Tickets issued at any station between Te Aro and Masterton, inclusive, to any station between To iVro and Masterton, inclusive, will not be available by the Te Aro-Napier and Napier-Te Aro Mail Trains, either on the outward or return journey. With the exception of the Te Aro-Napier and Napier-Te Aro Mail Trains, the 7 a.m. train, Masterton to Te Aro, the 3.50 p.m. train, Te Aro to Masterton, the 6.30 a.m. and 3.26 p.m. trains, Masterton to Woodville, and the 9.-10 a.m. and 6.55 p.m. trains, Woodville to Masterton, 'which will run as usual, the ordinary time-table will be suspended on 9th November. Other trains, stopping, if required, at all stations, will run as under : — it. On 9th November.—A train will leave Te Aro at 6:45 a.m., Featherston 10.15, Greytown 10.15, Carterton 10.57, arriving at Clareville 11 a.m. Return trains will leave Clareville at 4.30 and 5.35 p.m., Greytown arr. 5.10 and 6.23, Te Aro arr. 8.59 and 10.29 p.m. A train will leave Masterton for Clareville at 11.51 a.m. Train for Woodville will leave Clareville at 5.45 p.m. On 10th November.—The Te Aro to Napier Mail Train will stop at Clareville to allow passengers to alight. Passengers can return by the train leaving Masterton for Wellington at 5.30 p.m. A train will leave Masterton for Clareville at 11 a.m., return train leaving Clareville at 6.5 p.m., Masterton arr. 6.30 p.m. The train usually leaving Carterton for Woodville at 4.35 p.m. will leave Carterton at 4.55 and Clareville at 5.5 p.m. No goods traffic on 9th November.
