(Received To-day. at 7.34 a.m.) Tokio, Last Night. Troops prevented a determined attempt to destroy General Kalsura's private residence. Prominent popular leaders met and resolved to organise a national movement from Hokkaido to Formosa and memoralise the Throne not to ratify peace. The newspapers summon the Ministry to resign. The mob attacked the office of the Kokomur, the only newspaper supporting the Government and destroyed the machinery despite the stall's brave resistance.
