Valuable Gift to the Czar.

The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Echo ile Paria, announces that the " Old Believers " have passed a resolution authorising their central body to make to the Czar a free gift, of the enormous sum of £100,000,000, to enable the Government to construct a second track along the Trans-Siberian Railway. The "Old Believers " are an enormously rich sect, and their unexampled gift is to express their gratitude for the Czar's edict of April 30th conceding to them liberty of conscience, and authorising the re-opening, after fifty years, of their places of worship.
