Krahagen and Chapman v. W. Grantham. —Claim £7 10s 6d on a judgment summons. An order was. made for defendant to pay 10s per month. R. Hall (Mr Page) v. D. McDonald (Mr Robinson).—Claim £1. Non-suited, with costs 18s. C. Alberthsen (Mr Page) v. D. McDonald (Mr Robinson).—Claim £12 12s Id. Nonsuited, each party to pay their own costs. The S.M. Court is to hold its sittings at 12 o'clock.in future instead of 2 o'clock as hitherto.
