Contract No. 33 — Opaki- Bangituman road, getting, carting and spreading 365 cubic yards of metal. Contract No.44—Masterton-Waimata road, getting, carting and spreading 1004 cubic yards of metal. NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Masterton County Council, at a meeting to be held on the 12th January, 1905, to confirm the following resolutions passed at a special meeting, held on the 15th inst.: — Special order striking Special Rate to meet interest and other charges on a Loan of JG3OO, for the formation and metalling of Gordon-street. Lansdowne. Special order deciding to pay a portion of the Special Rate on Wangaehuroad R. and B. Loan out of General Fund.
