Mr J. Vile Addresses His
Constituents.

Marton, This Day
Mr Job Vile, member for Manawatu, gave a post sessional address in Marton, last evening. He condemned, generally, the administration of the Government, and siid the Public Works Fund was being unfairly allocated and not economically spent. H9 complained that the Government were increasing the departments at a costly rate. Pie said the railways wore scarcely paying two psr cent., if their upkeep was fairly charged to revenue. He believed it would be in the interests of the Colony to have an early change of Government.
