BAY RONALD.
This sire, who was imported last year from the Old Country, is to be placed at the stud again during the coming season. The true test of the merit of a sire is in the quality of the stock he produces, and the progeny of Bay Ronald are claimed to be of exceptional merit. Mr Lett has four of his foals running on the farm at Elmley, Taueru, and he would liko breeders to inspect them. The sire himself is a handsome horse, standing nearly 17 hands high, with a perfect head and neck, and show 3 great quality. Before leaving the Old Country a veterinary surgeon gave a certificate that he was thoroughly sound, so that breeders should have no hesitation in placing their mares to Bay Ronald.
