Warnambool-Melbourne Race.

The road race from Warnambool to Melbourne (165 miles) was won by Wright, of Victoria, with Liixcouabe, of New South Wales, second, and H. Henderson, of New Zoalaud, third.

The race was run under unfavourable circumstances. The heavy rain of the past few days made the road heavy. Owing to the weather conditions, only twenty-nine faced the starter.
