HEREFORD BREEDERS' ASSOCIATION.
Annual Meeting , .
The annual meeting of the New Zealand Hereford Breeders' Association was held at Palmerstop North, last night. Mr P. 0. Wheeler presided.
The annual report, recording that the Association had a credit balance of and had a membership roll of 23, was adopted. After publishing Volume V. of the Herd Book it is anticipated that the balance will be reduced to £32.
Mention was made of Mr James Stuckey's services as secretary, and during the evening he wag presented with a silver salver in recognition of his valuable aid to the Association.
The officers elected for the ensuing year were: —President, Mr G. A. J. Levett, Feilding; vice-president, Mr Jas. Stuckey, Masterton ; treasurer, Mr Jas. Galwey, Masterton ; auditor, Mr W. B. Chennells, Masterton. The vacancies on the Council were filled by Messrs G. C. Wheeler and E. Short/ Feilding. i
