FEATHERSTON NOTES.

Various complaints have reached mc of a gang of larrikins, who congregate at various places in this quiet little town, smoking, swearing and otherwise making themselves obnoxious. There is a probability of effectual steps being promptly taken to abate this nuisance, if this hint does not have the desired effect.
