New Zealanders Taking up Land.

Wellington, Last Night. Mr R. E. Mcßae, of Hawera, has just returned from South Africa, where he has acquired a block of over thirty thousand acres of land in the Ermelo district from the Transvaal Government for settlement by New Zealanders. The land is described as excellently adopted i agricultural and pastoral purposes. Mcßae expects to leave for the msvaal with a number of settlers September. The farming prospects the Transvaal are reported to be •a.
