The New French Education Bill.
Certain Schools Not to be
Affected.

Paris, Last Night,
M. Combes' Education Bill does not affect schools of certain colonies, the Chamber of Deputies, fearing that foreign influence would undermine the French language and interests.
It was stated that the French friars had fifteen thousand pupils at Cairo and Alexandria, and that it would be unwise to close those schools.
