Summary of Events.
(Received Last NigM, at 10.32 p.m.) London, Yesterday. The Russians are building pontoons at Wiju. It is rumoured that the Vladivostock squadron has been ordered to meet in the Pacific to intercept the Chilian cruisers purchased by Russia.
The Daily Express' Nagasaki correspondent says that the details of the main advance have been completed. Great forced marches will be made on Harbin, starting from the mouth ot the Tung River, below Possiet Bay. The heavy columns are concentrated north of Pingyang for offensive movement against tho line on the Yalu River.
The foremost of the Japanese force will occupy the front from Anju towards Michkionsan.
The Daily Mail states that the difficulty of procuring supplies renders it improbable that more than 90,000 troops will land at Korea.
Mr Akeyama. a member of the House of Representatives and editor of a Radical paper, has been impeached at Tokio as t a Russian spy, and the newspaper has been suppressed.
