Official Communication to Japanese Consul at Sydney.

The Japanese Consul, at Sydney, received a cable message from Baron Kamura, Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs, at an early hour this morning, announcing that the Japanese Government had decided to terminate the pending negotiations, and take such indicative action as may be necessary to defend her menaced position and protect her rights and interests.
