Rowe's Frauds.
(Beceived To-day, at 9.16 a.m,
London, February 7
Mr Justice Kennedy has decided that the Great Fingal Company is liable for twenty thousand pounds which Rebuen and Ludenburg, stockbrokers, advanced to Rowe upon a forged certificate of five thousand shares. [Rowe was sentenced to ten years' penal servitude for the frauds in question.!
